↩️ Returns & Refund

We do not accept physical returns.

However, replacements or refunds are available within the timeframes listed below.

🔄 Replacements (7-Day Window):

Within 7 days of receiving your order, if your item arrives damaged or defective, email us your order number and a photo with the subject line "Replacement Needed," and we'll replace it and ship it for free. Please note: replacement cards are issued with a new QR code and review link. Your original card's QR code will be deactivated to prevent duplicate review links from being in circulation.

💲 Refund (7-Day Window)

We offer refunds within 7 days of receiving your order. This gives you time to review the quality and confirm everything looks right. After 7 days, refunds are no longer available.
