Returns
We do not accept physical returns.
However, replacements or refunds are available within the timeframes listed below.
Replacements (7-Day Window)
We stand behind the quality of our products. Replacements are available only under the following conditions at no additional cost:

Defective or Damaged Items: If your product arrives defective or damaged.

Lost in Transit: If your order is lost during shipping.

Mistakes on Our Part: If we make an error in production (e.g., wrong print, unapproved misspelling), we will replace the product.
🖥️ QR Stand Orders
No need to return the damaged stand. We will deactivate the old review link so it cannot be used.
🃏 Review Insert Card Orders
No need to return the damaged cards. Replacement cards will be issued with a new QR code and review link. Your original cards' QR code will be deactivated to prevent duplicate review links from being in circulation.

Refunds
🖥️ QR Stand Orders — Refund Window: 28 Days
We offer refunds only within the first 28 days of receiving your order. We believe 28 days is a fair and realistic amount of time to evaluate the product and see if the platform benefits your business. If you're not satisfied within this window, we'll refund the full amount charged.
After the first 28 days, refunds are no longer available, as the subscription has begun and sufficient time has passed to determine effectiveness. At that point, you may pause your subscription at any time to stop future billing.
🃏 Review Insert Card Orders — Refund Window: 7 Days
We offer refunds only within the first 7 days of receiving your order. This gives you time to review the quality and confirm everything looks right and that your cards are not defective. If you're not satisfied within this window, we'll refund the full amount charged.
After 7 days, refunds are no longer available.
