  • How does the QR Review Generator feature work?

    We create a custom-branded QR code designed to help you collect more 5-star reviews. When customers scan or tap it with their phone, they’re taken directly to your review form (no login or extra steps required).

    The form can also include links to your social media profiles and website for added visibility!

    Want to place the QR code on signage, business cards, receipts, or packaging? Our 'Dominate' plan comes with a downloadable version to do so!

  • What happens after someone scans or taps the QR code?

    They land on your personalized review page, choose a rating, and leave a Google review in seconds. If it’s a low rating, they get redirected to a private feedback form instead.

  • Do you offer a review link I can share manually?

    Yes, this is our main product. It comes with a branded review link you can easily text or email current and past clients or post anywhere. 

    We’re also working on more softwares meant to automate your business, which will be launching soon. You can join our newsletter to be the first to hear when new features go live.

  • Can customers choose which star ratings trigger the negative feedback form, or is it fixed to 1–3 stars?

    No, you can't customize which star ratings trigger the negative feedback form. By default, we recommend setting it to 1–3 stars.  If your reviews are all 5 stars, it can sometimes come across as too polished or even fake.

    A natural mix of 4 and 5-star reviews tends to build more credibility and trust with new customers. This kind of authenticity builds more trust, and that’s what drives conversions

  • Will this help my Google ranking?

    Yes. Google rewards three things: more reviews, new reviews, and consistent reviews. When those go up, your visibility goes up.

Reviews & Customizations

  • Can you guarantee that negative reviews won’t show up publicly?

    No - we can't guarantee that.

    Every customer has the right to leave a public review, even if their experience wasn't great. What we do is give them a chance to share private feedback first, but we also include a clear option on the form for them to leave a public review if they choose.

    This helps businesses catch and resolve issues early, without blocking anyone from sharing their opinion.

  • Does this mean we’ll never get a bad review on Google or other review channels?

    Our system is designed to reduce public negative reviews by collecting private feedback first. However, it doesn’t block all public reviews. If someone leaves a review directly on platforms like Google without using your branded link, that’s outside our system and beyond our control. We are not liable.

    The goal is to catch and address concerns before they go public, but we can’t prevent all negative reviews from other channels.

  • Is this considered review gating or against platform guidelines?

    No. Everyone can leave a public review, no matter their rating.

    We provides a private channel for customers to share their frustrations, keeping negative feedback out of the public view while helping the business improve. We also give a clear option to post publicly on Google if they prefer.

    This setup ensures we’re encouraging feedback and resolution without suppressing or filtering public reviews, which aligns with the review policies of major platforms.

  • How does customization work for my QR sign and review setup?

    After you place your order, we’ll email you a short form where you can personalize your design by adding your business name, logo, colors, and your private feedback form. During the proof stage, you can request changes to the design, review link, or feedback form anytime. The only thing that can’t be changed after printing is the physical QR code.   • What other customization options are available?

    If you need anything beyond the standard setup, extra designs, additional text, or linking your QR flow to other platforms — we can do that too. Just reach out through our Contact Us page and we’ll help you build exactly what you need.

  • Can I make changes to the QR code, review link, or feedback form after it's shipped?

    You can request updates to your review link or feedback form by emailing us at [email protected] with the subject line:"Revision Request" or through the Contact Us page. However, the physical QR code cannot be changed once your stand has shipped, since it is custom-made using a digital print and heat-bend process.

Account & Subscription

  • How does the subscription work?

    You choose a plan: Launch or Dominate and it powers everything: your review link, private feedback, support, and updates. Click here to view.

    When you buy your QR stand(s), you only pay for the stands. The software is free for the first month no matter which plan you chose. After the first month of the purchase, only the software renews on a monthly basis.

    Pause, downgrade, or upgrade anytime after one month. Simple goal: more 5-star reviews, faster.

  • How can I cancel or upgrade my plan?

    You can log in to your customer portal anytime to cancel or request a plan change. Canceling stops software billing after your current cycle.

    UPGRADES:

    • Require a quick email confirmation so we can generate the correct QR code for your plan (we’ll reach out to you).
    • We’ll create a new design with the watermark removed and collect any additional team emails you want receiving negative-feedback alerts.

    You’re only charged for the upgraded plan, and the updated QR code is free.

    DOWNGRADE:

    • If you downgrade, you can keep your current QR design, we’ll simply limit negative-feedback alerts to one email.
  • Can we get a QR stand for our multi-location or enterprise team?

    We support multi-location, team, and enterprise setups. Whether you need multiple stands for one location or custom setups across several stores, we can help customize the configuration and design here.

  • Do I need a physical stand, or can I use a review link or QR code download only?

    If you only want a digital review link and/or a downloadable QR code without a physical QR stand, we can absolutely do that. Just reach out through our Contact Us page and we’ll email you the subscription pricing and get you set up!

Orders, Shipping & Delivery

  • What happens after I place an order? How long until it gets shipped?

    What happens next: Production & Shipping Policy

    1. We send you a preview/proof of your QR stand, review link, and feedback form between 12-24 hours by email.
    2. You review your proof and approve it (or request changes).
    3. Once approved, production begins and takes approximately 5–7 days.
    4. After production is complete, your order ships within 1–2 days and we send you a tracking number by email.

    Total turnaround time is 8–10 days, since every stand is custom-designed, approved, and made specifically for your business.

  • What is your return & refund policy?

    We do not accept physical returns.

    However, replacements or refunds are available within the timeframes listed below.

    Replacements (7-Day Window) :

    Within 7 days of receiving your order, if your item arrives damaged or defective, email us your order number and a photo with the subject line “Replacement Needed,” and we’ll replace it for free.

    💲Refund (28-Day Window)

    We offer refunds within 28 days of you receiving your order. After 28 days, refunds aren’t available, but you can pause your subscription anytime moving forward.
