Production & Shipping Policy

Custom Orders

All of our products are custom-made and produced specifically for each business.

This ensures your order is custom-designed, approved, and made for you, not mass-manufactured.

Your order will only ship after you have reviewed and approved your mockup.

Order Process

  1. Within 12–24 hours of your order, we'll email you a preview/proof of your review link, feedback form, and either your QR stand design or insert card design depending on the product ordered.

  2. You'll have the opportunity to approve or request changes.

  3. Once approved, we'll move your order into production.

Processing & Shipping Times

🖥️ QR Stand Orders

  • After approval, production takes approximately 5–7 business days.

  • Your order will ship 1–2 days after production is completed.

  • We ship on weekends whenever possible to speed up delivery.

  • Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

🃏 Review Insert Card Orders

  • After approval, production takes approximately 5–7 business days. Insert cards are produced through a trusted third-party manufacturer. In the rare event of a production delay, we will reach out to you directly with an update.

  • Your order will ship 1–2 days after production is completed.

  • We ship on weekends whenever possible to speed up delivery.

  • Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

Total Turnaround Time

Total turnaround time is 8–10 days from approval to delivery.

This timeline ensures your order is custom-designed, approved, and made specifically for your business, not mass-manufactured.

Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and your location. While we strive for fast delivery, StreamifyUs LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing, or events outside of our control.

Customer Responsibility

Please double-check all information submitted for your custom order (business name, links, spelling, branding, etc.) before approving your mockup. This includes your QR stand design or insert card design as well as your review link and feedback form — all of which require your approval before production begins. StreamifyUs LLC is not responsible for errors on artwork or text that was approved by the customer.
